
Senior/ Manager, Finance (IndoChina)
Job Requirement:
· You will be part of the Finance team who is responsible for the full spectrum of finance operations.
· Provide technical leadership for all accounting and financial management matters including but not limited to the preparation of monthly financial reporting and forecast, annual budgets, regular financial and business analysis.
· Manage and lead the local finance team on day-to-day financial operations and act as a business partner to the General Managers (GMs). Support GMs/Finance Director/CFO in internal controls and corporate governance oversight.
· Review and oversee pricing, costing and inventories.
· Ensure efficient account receivable, account payable, inventory, credit control and cash flow management processes.
· Statutory/regulatory and contractual compliance oversight – covering annual audit, tax, statutory and regulatory filings, and reporting.
· Ensure timely regulatory filings on matters including, but not limited to, tax, financial, foreign exchange regulatory filings, bank covenants amongst others.
· Assist Headquarter Finance team to drive for implementation of group policies, processes, and systems.
· You will also be required to work with internal stakeholders to ensure that they comply with financial governance and procedures.
Responsibilities:
To be successful in this position, you should have the following:
· Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent or a qualified CA and/or ACCA
· At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong exposure for overall finance management
· Prior working experience in audit preferred
· Experience in overseeing a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
· Meticulous with good analytical skills
· Frequent liaising with various business stakeholders, hence good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
· Strong work ethics and personal integrity are a must.
· Highly proactive and analytical thinker, able to work independently, execute and follow-through to deliver solutions to the management.
· Strong knowledge of statutory, legal, accounting, and local taxation requirements.
· Ideally with exposure in regional role with key focus in Vietnam and Cambodia and hospitality industry is preferred.
· Be able to relocate to Vietnam (minimum 3 years posting).
