- Be the digital brand guardian to ensure all markets respect institutional guidelines for Dior e-corners and all digital content
- Develop the digital component of launch event packs, providing markets with a plan, asset menu, and digital support resources.
- Plan and execute e-merchandizing calendar aligning with Category, VM and market teams on star launches and on-counter animations
- Prepare changeover briefs and content adaptations (banners, pack shots, landing pages, social media, Wechat articles) according to retailers’ varying specifications and work with market teams or e-retailers to refresh e-corner assets monthly for timely and perfect online execution
- Manage online product listings and de-listings per marketing calendar and maintain a regional Masterfile with new product information containing all e-retailer-relevant languages or translations
- Support in E-Retail assessments and work closely with Central E-retail team and market teams on execution of any approved e-corner upgrades, openings or closings
- Improve overall e-retail and digital content workflow and processes
- Collaborate with market and Trade teams, retailers, and external agencies to develop, execute, and optimize creative and impactful KOL and paid media campaigns
- Leading all necessary validations needed with Central teams
- Prepare briefing kits for KOL campaigns and lead market and/or Training teams for KOL event flow and onsite support to ensure perfect shoot execution
- Manage media content preparation, execution and in-campaign optimizations with media agency
- Manage retro planning and end-to-end execution of campaigns, from launch to KPI tracking
- Prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings for future optimizations
- Manage orders for airport OOH media assets with market specificities and work closely with Central Media Traffic team, markets and external agency to ensure accurate and timely go-live across the region, in accordance with airport media calendar
- Collect and check the photos / on air reports for consolidated reporting
- Report on best practices, trends, and activities within TR digital landscape, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel
- Assist the Digital Manager in the budget planning and business review presentations
- Support in driving the digital spirit across markets
