
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will work closely with service providers and companies to drive participation, monitor pilot progress, and report on the outcomes of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage companies from selected sectors to participate in pilot initiatives.
- Collaborate with service providers to design, implement, and evaluate pilot projects.
- Guide service providers in developing tailored initiatives to meet employer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote participation and post-pilot adoption.
- Track and analyse insights from engagement sessions and ensure follow-up with participants.
- Oversee funding applications and ensure budget compliance.
- Provide continuous support to employers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor pilot progress and report updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of new programs based on pilot outcomes.
- Highlight success stories and support media coverage to amplify impact.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to project management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
