Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who brings solid experience in multimedia production, digital marketing, and event execution. This role is ideal for someone creative, execution-driven, and ready to hit the ground running to elevate the Organisation brand across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for all three product lines, including branding, content creation, and promotional videos.
- Design and manage visual assets such as banners, brochures, product videos, pitch decks, and ad creatives.
- Operate and grow corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, WeChat, YouTube, Video Platforms), publishing engaging content regularly.
- Develop and produce short-form videos for promotional or educational purposes—writing scripts, coordinating shoots, and editing final versions.
- Lead the preparation and execution of trade shows, industry expos, and tech events, including booth design, logistics, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop high-impact marketing collateral, case studies, and customer-facing materials.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, cloud computing, AI infrastructure, or hardware/software solutions.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Strong experience in social media and content management, especially for platforms like LinkedIn, WeChat, Bilibili, or TikTok.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and content trends.
- Demonstrated experience organizing or supporting industry events, trade shows, or conferences.
- Strong communication and project management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
