Quantity Surveyor (East / 1 year contract)

Job Description:

• Prepare quotation, bill cost estimation, tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
• Work with the project team to ensure that all client requirements are met
• Point of contact between client, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experince.
• A diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant certifications.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
