Success in this position means completing projects on time, in full, while maintaining high standards of innovation, technical accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects from planning through execution.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the Manager or Senior Management in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Design and implement testing methods to monitor and ensure the quality and performance of engineering projects.
  • Gather and analyze project data to generate progress reports and provide recommendations for future actions.
  • Ensure timely coordination with all relevant departments to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Take ownership of assigned development projects and be actively involved in hands-on execution as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (Automation, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, or similar).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Innovative and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
