We are looking for Product Quality Engineer that can lead and participate in improving and sustaining the quality of product from supplier to factory, and will ensure the quality of products meets customer expectations.   • Work with PCBA contract manufacturer on any Quality and First Pass Yield issue, resolve issue in the timely manner.
  • Work with internal Supplier Performance Engineers and outside suppliers to ensure the quality of material we received from suppliers maintain Emerson's high quality standards and uninterrupted delivery.
  • Work with design team to resolve and identify product issues as a result of field return, reliability test failure or production issue.
  • Perform statistical analysis, qualification test planning and execution for potential design changes in response to quality issue or design improvements.
  • Support in qualification of new component, PCBA supplier source and process changes.
  • Work with manufacturing to resolve production issues such as non-conforming material, unavailable material, assembly of electrical components, etc.
  • Support new product introduction, ensure that the manufacturing readiness new product implemented successfully from supplier to sub-assembly processes.
  • Work with different function team on the new product introduction from project management, supply chain, planning, production and manufacturing.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A hands-on mentality, sense of urgency and can work under pressure.

  • Great teammate, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical skills and enjoys troubleshooting electronic circuit
  • Strong Project Management and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt and react quickly.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Mini-tab and Power BI methodologies will be a plus.
