- Strong experience in leveraging SQL for analytics (BigQuery experience is a plus).
- Experience designing online controlled experiments and analysing results with a solid background in statistics.
- Experience building self-service analytics dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio (Data Studio) etc.
- Experience working with large scale user data (transactional, click stream etc.).
- Background in Statistics, knowledge about statistical test design and analysis preferably hands on experience in designing and running A/B tests at scale.
- Experience with customer behavior tracking platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrekk, MixPanel, SnowPlow, Piwik, Tealium, Segment etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders across various disciplines.
