We are seeking for a Senior / Manufacturing Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the factory and ensuring operations target are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. The supervisor will lead a team of operators, coordinate workflow and ensure optimal resource utilization to meet production deadlines.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead a team of operators and store assistants to fulfill customer orders on time, and oversee warehousing operations
  • Be responsible for maintaining high safety and 5S standards, and drives continual improvement Initiatives to ensure zero-defect and eliminate workflow interruptions.
  • Be accountable for inventory accuracy in Production, Store, WIP and Finished goods.
  • Drive process improvements in production and warehouse operations through digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Perform monthly capacity analysis for resource planning and actively works on productivity analysis to reduce waste and lead time
  • Provide support to other supervisors as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all shifts
  • Participate in and manage additional projects as required to support overall business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment, avoiding unsafe acts, reporting unsafe conditions, and suggesting improvements for workplace safety and health

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing companies.

  • A person with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
  • Knowledge of Lean, SPC tools or Oracle business system will be an advantage.
