  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What the role is:As Deputy Director of the Transformation Office, you will be leading a team to shape how NYC leverages technology to enhance youth engagement and operational efficiency. This is a strategic leadership role that bridges business operations and technology implementation.What you will be working on:
  • Guide NYC's digitalisation strategy and implementation across various operational domains • Lead the development and enhancement of digital platforms that serve youth needs (E.g. Discover - discover.nyc.gov.sg) • Drive analytics capabilities and data-driven decision making through improved data management practices • Guide business process improvements and oversee technology adoption initiatives that improve operational efficiency • Bridge discussions between operations units, technical consultants and IT colleagues • Champion innovation while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
