The client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition leader to join the team, and the key focus of the role will be to strategically elevate the Talent Acquisition function and practices. As the organization and HR team continues to evolve, they recognize the need for a Talent Acquisition function that is forward-thinking, dynamic, and ready for the future of work.What is the role about?
As the team lead, you will oversee the recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization. Notably, if you are adept at driving change, this role will be particularly interesting since you will be given the platform to refine and elevate the TA strategy. You will take charge of optimizing resources for the TA function, including streamlining workflows, as well as to implement best-in-class practices. This role requires you to be consultative, and to closely partner with various hiring managers to understand the business and teams’ needs, to refine the recruitment strategy. As change happens, you will also need to partner closely with your HR, TA teams as well as the business stakeholders to address their knowledge gaps for recruitment.Experience Required
Min. 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Ideally, you have a strong track record and prior experience in managing a team of recruiters. As the organization recruits for a number of positions throughout the year (internship positions/entry-level/mid to senior and management levels), you should be able to clearly articulate your ability and prior experience in handling the full spectrum of recruitment.
