Job Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Client Engagement:Responsible for business development in the energy storage sector, including identifying new clients and projects, maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular visits and communication, analyzing customer needs, promoting the company's products and services, driving order acquisition, and signing contracts.
- Order Execution & Payment Collection:Manage the commercial aspects of order fulfillment, coordinate issue resolution during the delivery process, and follow up on payment collection to ensure timely revenue realization.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and support successful project implementation.
- Market Insight & Sales Strategy:Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide constructive suggestions for product optimization. Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Industry Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about industry developments and market trends, and provide relevant improvement suggestions.
- Other Duties:Complete other tasks as assigned by management, such as market policy analysis and new business promotion initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in science or engineering.
- Familiarity with the energy storage, solar PV, or inverter sectors, with 510 years of experience in the renewable energy industry and professional experience in Japan. A strong client network is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, ability to perform under pressure, keen market insight, and strong interpersonal sensitivity.
