What the role is:MSF's Communications and Engagement Division (CED) works alongside MSF Family to foster public trust, build mindshare and public goodwill through proactive, transparent, consistent and data-driven communications and engagement efforts.What you will be working on:You will be part of the team to develop and operationalise engagement policy best-practices/products for our stakeholders and volunteers. This is to help MSF build greater awareness, appreciation and action towards nurturing and building resilient individuals, strong families and a more caring society. You will be involved in the following: 1. Corporate engagement and triaging of partners portals requests. 2. Liaise with Divisions to conduct stakeholder engagement reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for partnership, Steer engagement efforts and processes across the MSF-Family, and ensure that engagement priorities across the Divisions are aligned to the Ministry's/WOG's priority areas 3. Grow pipeline of corporate partners and facilitate matching of volunteering opportunities to skills and preferences to raise active rate 4. Design and organise engagements supportive of public policy reviews, and analyse data collected. 5. Drive engagement capability development across the MSF-Family 6. Create and maintain tentpole engagement and appreciation platforms (e.g. annual volunteer networking session, MSF Volunteer and Partner Awards) to recognise and retain stakeholders who advocate for MSF's work 7. Report MSF's engagement efforts at Ministry-level and whole-of-Government platforms on a regular basisWhat we are looking for:1. Skilled at people management (persuasion and negotiation) 2. Good understanding of data analytics and research methodology 3. High level of initiative and drive 4. Adaptable, and a good team player 5. Personable 6. Likes working with complex issues and leading internal and cross-divisional teams to develop win-win solutions 7. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills 8.
