Job Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and more.
- Develop and manage social media posting using tools like Meta Business Suite to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyse performance data and adjust strategy based on insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing collaterals, including physical and social media.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and grow community interaction.
- Help out with planning and coordinating events.
Requirements
- Experience in content creation & social media management, marketing, mass communications, or related fields.
- Skilled in CapCut and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge.
- Fluent in English & Chinese (written and spoken).
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bonus: Proficient in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite.
