Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and more.
  • Develop and manage social media posting using tools like Meta Business Suite to ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Analyse performance data and adjust strategy based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing collaterals, including physical and social media.
  • Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and grow community interaction.
  • Help out with planning and coordinating events.

Requirements

  • Experience in content creation & social media management, marketing, mass communications, or related fields.
  • Skilled in CapCut and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong SEO/SEM knowledge.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Bonus: Proficient in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite.
