
Production Supervisor / FMCG Manufacturing Industry / West
Our client is from a Manufacturing industry, one of the leading players in the FMCG sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the production planner and management on any changes or delays in the production schedule.
- Work with R&D to resolve raw material shortages or quality issues.
- Report raw material characteristics to the Quality team regularly.
- Check equipment and consumables each shift and report any issues to the manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Batching Leader to ensure smooth production flow.
- Supervise and support Operators and Line Leaders in daily operations.
- Temporarily take over line operations during staff break times when needed.
- Enter and update production output in the system accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily and periodic production reports to management.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Food Science / Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Production systems
