Meta is looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group team. The CSM will work with strategic advertisers in Vietnam, who are operating multi-channel. The CSM will support advertisers with focus on direct response solutions on the Meta platforms. The position will be based in Singapore.

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires consultative sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the experience to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
  • Understand clients' objectives and the market trends to engage and provide the optimal solutions to the clients
  • Co-develop the account strategy and contribute to the overall vertical / regional strategy
  • Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts to drive incremental revenue
  • Work with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to share, establish and improve best practices and procedures
  • Work directly with key clients as Meta's advertising expert
  • Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Meta advertising products and methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required
  • Knowledge in Vietnam market and language fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential as the role requires managing business strategy and communication in English & Vietnamese
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and/or solution adoption year over year
  • Demonstrated experience with thinking strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Demonstrated experience with building ongoing relationships with external clients
  • Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions
  • Experience in a product specialist or customer success team in B2B high-tech or SaaS industry
  • Industry knowledge and sales experience in the AI space
