- You are required to demonstrate your ability in utilizing resources in a cost-effective manner.
- You shall prepare or assist with the preparation of scheduled and/or adhoc reports.
- You will be coordinating purchases made by the program. You are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal relations with public and staff.

- You will coordinate the application of computer accounts and other administrative details pertaining to new employees.
- Manage and support the discipline leads in developing procedures and SOPs for the smooth running of programme.
- Supervise smooth implementation of plans for the programme and be responsible for troubleshooting operational and administrative matters.
- Identify, monitor and ensure key programme performance and standards are adhered to, to achieve key reporting objectives.
- To handle full set of accounts and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Support on operating budget queries and monitor operating budget expenditure during the financial year through monthly performance reports.
- To prepare submission of annual audited income and expenditure statement to funder.
- Oversees compliance with funding agreements and addresses audit related queries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- A Tertiary degree, in Accountancy/ Finance is preferred.
- Basic degree from a recognized institution.
- Ability to draft reports required by funding agencies and relevant supervisory organizations.
- A good understanding of accounting and figures.
- Knowledge in budget and procurement would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional multi-disciplined teams.
- Effective team-player.
- Meticulous, possess excellent organizational and coordination skills.
