- To provide SAP Payroll HR application maintenance support.
- To support the complex solution to ensure that all the employees (
- Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.
- Propose effective work-around or alternative solution, oversee the selection of solutions and estimate resources/cost required to implement the proposed solution to meet customer's requirements
- Manage changes to configurable items. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits.
- Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.
- Develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications.
- Develop test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.
- Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience with implementation / maintenance, consulting, pre-sales or as end-user using the above product
- Experience in Payroll Module (PCR, Schema, Wage Types and etc.)
- Good knowledge with hands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problems.
- Good analytical skills with ability to quickly establish cause of system issue reported.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
- Ability to communicate information well to co-workers and management verbally and in writing.
- Able to work independently as well as an excellent team player
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and pride in your work
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
