- Head the newly set up team for the PvB - Client Reporting & Delivery
- Drive the refinement of PvB client statements globally
- Engage front to back stakeholder throughout the process/initiative to communicate changes effectively and gather feedback, ensuring the refinement initiative are executed seamlessly
- Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy in the locations during various rollout/implementation
- Manage governance and supervision of client reporting including customised report, reference letter, etc.
- Work with respective stakeholders to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of defined client reporting processes

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- 8+ years of experience in the banking industry
- Sound HKMA/SFC/MAS regulatory knowledge and understanding of the private banking business.
- Solid experience in private banking client statements; ability to adapt and act quickly to drive change by advocating innovative solutions
- Product knowledge is preferred
- Self-motivated team player, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and resolve complex operational issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must
