- Manage Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) customers, providing technical support for gas turbine power plants.
- Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to plan and execute planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Analyse Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) metrics, reporting on KPIs to meet contractual obligations.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide technical advice during emergencies, including off-hours.
- Prepare and present clear technical documentation, including reports and proposals.
- Identify potential equipment failures with the remote monitoring hub and recommend preventive measures.
- Support the development of aftermarket sales opportunities and customer relationship management.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, or large-scale rotating equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and diverse environments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
