Looking for an experienced beauty and wellness trainer who is well-versed in either OR all of the following areas
- Facial, IPL, Slimming, Massage.
Job Responsibilities
· Provide trainings to improve business performance, customer service and enhance brand image.
· Attend all new and latest Aesthetics & Beauty machine training, compile and update training protocol, SOP.
· Involved in R&D and products evaluation.
· Updates and review staffs performance after the training, do bi-monthly and quarterly assessments and review.
· Recommendation of service strategies and products to Marketing.
· Involved in video and demo training for social media and live platform.
· Work closely with management team on training needs.
· To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· minimum 2 years of related experience in the Beauty & Wellness Industry.
· Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetics.
· Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
· Team player, passionate.
· Willing to learn, positive working attitude.
· Good interpersonal skills, customer-oriented.
