
Cyber Security Lead
Job Description
You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to defend against cyber threats. This role ensures proactive threat detection, incident response, and swift business recovery. Reporting to the Head of the Cyber Security Centre, it is a key leadership position.
Responsibilities
You will enhance cybersecurity readiness by identifying emerging risks, collaborating with crisis management teams, and organizing tabletop exercises. They also review and update the incident response plan to align with organizational changes.
Other responsibilities are as follow:
- Managing detection, triage, and recovery.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicating throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Improving security monitoring and response processes.
- Supporting fraud investigations, outages, and e-discovery when needed.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- CISSP certification required.
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) is a plus.
- Hands-on in DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response).
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
