- Develop SFA's digitalisation roadmaps/masterplans
- Track progress of initiatives/projects under these roadmaps/ masterplans
- Work with SFA Divisions to uncover new tech and digitalisation needs and opportunities
- Monitor tech developments/new technologies for potential deployment in SFA; build relationships with possible tech partners and experts
- Scope projects/initiatives that leverage these technologies and/or readily available commercial or tech stack products/tools to better support SFA Divisions' needs
- Create Proof of Concepts to deliver small-scale solutions and resolve issues that may arise to ensure usability of the solutions
- Develop training plans to build digital capabilities in DGO and SFA
- Manage resources allocated to Digital Office; prioritise and triage projects/initiatives
- Degree in STEM disciplines will be advantageous
- Work experience in tech/digital strategy, planning, or transformation roles
- Ability to engage and establish rapport with stakeholders, senior management and contributors at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrate anticipative, agile, resilient, and collaborative behaviour - officer must be able to plan ahead, update plans due to fast changing developments, stay mission focused, and surmount obstacles
- Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills
