Full-Time Trainee Baker (Danish Department)
Working Location: 37 Chin Bee Crescent, S619903 (Near Boon Lay MRT station)
Working Hours: 7am-4pm (OT when required)
Working Days: Every 4days of work, 1day off cycle
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and assembling pastries and other items.
- Assist in preparing laminated doughs (croissants, Danish, puff pastry) under supervision.
- Operate machinery (e.g., dough sheeters) safely and efficiently.
- Learn proper folding, rolling and shaping techniques
- Pick and pack doughs for storage or distribution, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the team in meeting daily production goals and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Physically fit as required to stand for extended hours and carry heavy loads.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
