About The Role & Opportunity
We're looking for a Growth Associate to join our Global team and help drive the development and implementation of corporate and multi-country accelerator programs. This role will support new business development efforts and help coordinate key processes across reporting and proposal development.
The Growth team at NEX leads fundraising efforts, explores opportunities for new programs, and supports expansion into new regions. This position is a great fit for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about scaling climate and energy innovation on a global stage.

Program Implementation Support
- Support the implementation of global and corporate accelerator programs (e.g. with corporate and government agency partners)
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and program activities with startups, mentors, and corporate partners
- Assist in managing external stakeholder engagement across global programs
- Track new partnership and funding opportunities with corporates, governments, and philanthropic partners
- Conduct landscape research on potential funders, trends, and innovation opportunities
- Support proposal development including decks, narratives, and budget coordination with global and regional teams
- Assist in preparing donor and partner reports for multi-country and global programs
- Track and manage internal databases for grants, deliverables, and program metrics
- Collaborate with regional teams to align messaging and data across multi-country projects and proposals
Qualifications:
- Passion for energy and climate innovation!
- Min 3 years of experience in a relevant role (e.g. energy / climate innovation, incubator / accelerator, startup support)
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones and cultures
- Passion for climate innovation, startups, and global collaboration
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and CRMs is a plus
