Customer Service Executive (Beauty/Wellness)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome Customer as soon as they arrive at the Salon.
- Direct Customer to the appropriate Consultant/Beautician.
- Answering phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material.
- Update calendars and schedule Appointments.
- Handle POS, cashiering duties, manage and keep proper records of daily payments received.
- Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly.
- Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly.
- Telemarketing.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and work with people across different levels.
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
- Pleasant disposition & energy to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Committed, reliable & takes pride in work.
- Able to work on weekends and retail hours according to roster-ed shift.
