Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive investigations into auto-related incidents, analyzing potential risks and liabilities for the client and ensuring all relevant details are documented for claims processing.

Review and process insurance claims, ensuring they are in compliance with policy requirements.

Analyze each claim to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or areas where the client may be exposed to liability.

Review repair orders to ensure all work is completed in line with warranty guidelines and insurance requirements.

Validate charges, ensuring authorized add-on warranty work is properly documented and that the repair order is fully completed before closure.

Follow up with manufacturers, service advisors, and managers regarding unpaid claims or outstanding issues.

Assist in the reconciliation of insurance claims by reviewing financial data, ensuring that all discrepancies or risks are identified and addressed.

Ensure that all service-related correspondence, repair orders, insurance claims, and other relevant documents are accurately filed and maintained.

Implement a systematic filing process to facilitate easy retrieval and reference for future risk analysis.

Work closely with accounting, service, and factory teams to ensure smooth processing of claims, warranty work, and invoices.

Assist in generating and distributing financial reports related to claims and warranty work, including technician time flags and payroll reports, providing risk insights and analysis as needed to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to create graphs, reports and dashboards for Management related to Risk/Safety/Insurance/Auto Investigation

Proficient in using computer systems and related software, including insurance management systems to create claims and generate reports.

Ability to use basic office tools, such as the telephone, copier/scanner, and email, to communicate effectively with team members, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills to manage warranty documentation, repair orders, and related records, ensuring everything is filed correctly and can be easily retrieved.

Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in warranty claims, ensuring that all claims are processed correctly and efficiently.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Delegates tasks appropriately when necessary to maintain smooth workflow and efficient operation.

Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, handling urgent matters as they arise while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
