- Manage all aspects of crew personnel administration
- Plan/update schedule and movement for all crew
- Supervise implementation and execution of Crewing department procedures

- Resolving employment disputes with seafarers and their representatives and
- Stay abreast of manning developments including the requirements of ILO,
unions and employment associations.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports to the Director.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties relating to Marine/Crewing/HR
- Min 5 years experience in a similar capacity as Crewing manager in shipping
- Knowledge of application for employment passes (including Work Permit/ S Pass
- Bachelor Degree in Human resource/general business or marine related fields
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia will be a distinct advantage
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced
- Able to work independently and as a team
