Job Description:Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning
  • Manage full suite of credit cards portfolio with a responsibility over the products' P&L.
  • Develop product value propositions focusing on the segment.
  • Plan and execute portfolio actions across early customer life cycle.
  • Leading the team to expand usage partnership network with POS presence as well as implementing seasonal campaigns.
  • Have a pulse on the market in order to aid decision making and create opportunities.
  • Work closely with Systems Support teams to drive end to end product development, including translating product strategies into detailed requirements, developing test scripts and performing User Acceptance Tests.
  • Manage new product launches, including working with Group Marketing and Communications and front liners.
  • Evaluate marketing plans to ensure effective communication of message.
Business Performance and Management
  • Ensure close monitoring of key indicators.
  • Ensure timely reporting of performance to management.
  • Perform post analysis review of marketing campaigns.
People Management
  • To efficiently lead the teams to achieve the agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders to roll out all programmes.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure that all end to end business processes are in compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all above and below the line. communications are in compliance with branding, legal, regulatory and other Bank guidelines.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Degree in Business/ Marketing or relevant field
Relevant Work Experience
  • 8 years of working experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of cards issuing business
Technical/Functional Skills
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and able to manage stakeholders
