Job Description:We are looking for talent whom has strong network with A&D community, with strong track record of project and specification closing to lead a team to maximize market share and sales revenue.Key responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specification sales executives to consistently meet targets and enhance team productivity.
  • Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales performance by securing high-value projects through effective specification strategies across multiple product categories.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and brand visibility.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with architects, designers, developers, and other key decision-makers in the built environment sector.
  • Ensure successful product specification in key projects, tracking the entire lifecycle from lead generation to project completion to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven sales track record.
  • Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers and main contractors.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools.
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Preferably posses own transport
