- Process monthly payroll, including New Hires, Leavers and Employee Life Cycle changes
- Preparation of all payments outside the normal pay run for post pay payments i.e. tax and termination salary
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of payroll and general ledger related reports
- Assist in documentation of all key payroll related procedures with periodic reviews to ensure internal and regulatory requirements are maintained
- Adhere to payroll governance process and perform 4-eye checks (based on segregation on duties across the different team members)
- Assist payroll manager, supporting the team for payroll processing activities as required
- Manage employees' payroll queries including providing relevant advisory
- Participate in country / regional initiatives on alignment and payroll processes, sharing best practices across regional payroll teams
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is ideal
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in full cycle payroll processing
- Experience in ADP/SAP system would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Meticulous and good with numbers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of all payroll related legislation requirements for Singapore
- Office location: CBD Singapore
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, fully on-site
