Salary: $5000 - $7000 + Commission + AWS
Working Days & Hours : Mon to Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ocean freight, with a focus on cross trade logistics and key trade lanes.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on Asia Westbound and TPEB ( Trans-Pacific Eastbound) markets.
  • Develop and maintain customer portfolio and facilitate business growth
  • Deliver sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to management on a regular basis. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and customer needs.
  • Initiate, develop and source for new business / potential clients
  • Execute strategic sales plan incl. trade and route development
  • Optimize Service Quality
  • Achieve joint sales targets set

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Logistics & Container Shipping Industry
  • Experience in import/export and cross-trade
  • Develop and execute trade lane strategies in collaboration with global and regional product teams.
  • Experience dealing with Singapore SME company will be a advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
