We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital and other Backoffice functions.How will you value-add?As a Senior Associate (M&A Operations), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and aboveEstablish effective working relationships directly with clientsWork directly with private equity investors & corporate C-suiteBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsHandle roles ranging from pre-deal due diligence, value creation lever assessment to post-deal taking controlExperience in carve-out and post-merger integration, finance and operations process improvement, financial and business due diligence and business plan review.About youBachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university2 -5 years experience in M&A or Divestitures, including pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, post-deal transformationStrong understanding of operating models, products and services.
