Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all crew-related administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate and revise crew schedules and deployment plans
  • Ensure proper implementation and oversight of Crewing department protocols

  • Resolve employment issues involving seafarers and ensure proper closure of such cases
  • Stay updated on changes in crewing regulations and requirements from ILO, flag states, unions, and maritime organizations
  • Submit regular weekly and monthly updates to the Director
  • Perform additional tasks as required, related to Marine, Crewing, or HR functions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Crewing Manager in the shipping industry
  • Familiarity with employment pass applications (e.g., Work Permit, S Pass) and MOM guidelines
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Marine-related field
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in people management
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a fast-moving work environment
  • Capable of working independently as well as within a team
