- Resolve employment issues involving seafarers and ensure proper closure of such cases
- Stay updated on changes in crewing regulations and requirements from ILO, flag states, unions, and maritime organizations
- Submit regular weekly and monthly updates to the Director
- Perform additional tasks as required, related to Marine, Crewing, or HR functions
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Crewing Manager in the shipping industry
- Familiarity with employment pass applications (e.g., Work Permit, S Pass) and MOM guidelines
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Marine-related field
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in people management
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a fast-moving work environment
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team
