Ensure compliance to SMRT Trains's Policies and Procedures.Responsibilities
  • Overview of contracts. Oversee and accountable on the Consolidate technical contracts that are shared across Lines. Review and endorse the Contracts.
  • Contract Listing and Performance Review. Maintain overall contract listings and review performance review report. Report findings and provide suggestions/recommendations as After Action Review (AAR).
  • Contract terms and conditions. Endorse the Contract to ensure the Standard contract forms are applied. Seek Legal endorsement for any deviation.
  • Compliance to SMRT Trains' Policies and Procedures. Ensure Contracts are executed in compliance to SMRT Trains' Policies and Procedures.
  • Contract Methodology and Approach. Strategize the Contract Methodology and Approach to ensure the deliverables could be met.
Qualifications & Work ExperienceBasic Qualifications:
  • Degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Management or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Business Management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of Legal terms.
  • Capable of professionally manage confidential information.
  • Must be a team player and self-initiated.
  • Able to work under broad direction.
  • Meticulous and diligent.
SkillsGood to Haves:
  • Strong knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management or Project Management.
  • Able to manage expectations.
