Job DescriptionProject Management:
  • Assist the Program Manager or Project Lead in delivering component repair projects with varying complexity, ensuring they meet their intended benefits, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Manage and lead project teams to achieve specific project/program objectives.
  • Deploy project management tools and methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead all project stakeholders in performing project activities, including project reviews, gated reviews, and project control points throughout the project lifecycle from project launch to closeout.
Documentation and Compliance:
  • Manage project documentation and change control in line with the OPM, ensuring all audit requirements are met.
  • Outline the project charter, scope, deliverables, and business case for each project.
Planning and Execution:
  • Understand the work breakdown structure (WBS), work packages required to deliver the project, and work package dependencies to design the network diagram and project plan.
  • Ensure the route-to-approval is met in accordance with the required authority matrix.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage project costs based on milestone activities, ensuring adherence to or savings on budget and plans.
Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks and manage activities to mitigate their impact.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the standards of project management and the role of the function in supporting the business.
Resource Management:
  • Identify the project's resource requirements and manage the escalation of project resource needs to the Program Manager or Project Lead.
Component Repair Setup:
  • Lead and support the setup of component repair processes, encompassing equipment delivery, manning, and certification approvals.
Component Repair Process Setup:
  • Manage the installation of new machinery and equipment required for component repair, including testing and calibration equipment.
  • Coordinate the setup of component repair cells to ensure they meet all operational requirements, including space allocation, equipment installation, and workflow optimization.
Certification and Training:
  • Ensure all equipment is delivered, installed, and certified according to project timelines and specifications.
Revenue Target:
  • Drive initiatives and strategies to achieve a revenue target of USD35 million per year from component repair (Stator Vane, Nozzle Guide Vanes, Fanblades, Seal Segments and Front Combustors) projects.
Qualification/Experience
  • Proven experience in project management within a similar industry.
  • Strong Business Acumen Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Specific Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is preferred. PMP certification is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills in financial operations, contract management, and communication.
  • Mid-level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic level proficiency in MS Project.
  • Advantage for candidates with proficiency in PowerBI and/or SQL.
