Order Processing Associate

Responsibilities

Process orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicate order status and shipping details to customers through our online platform.

Manage and update information in our order management system.

Document issues and escalate errors to senior team members as needed.

Utilize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Navigate multiple reference sheets effectively to assist in order processing.

Work independently while managing a large queue of tasks.
