  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client, a fast-growing semiconductor company expanding its operations in Singapore, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their newly set-up team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the finance function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations to ensure compliance with both Group and local reporting guidelines.
  • Review and validate accounting entries in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness for monthly and quarterly closings.
  • Prepare and deliver local GAAP reports to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the coordination of the annual audit process.
  • Ensure timely completion of tax filings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions, and related party transaction reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS and US GAAP; familiarity with the financial accounting and reporting practices of both Singapore and China is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong communication skills
  • Adaptable with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving in a changing environment.
