What the role is:Student Development Executive, Arts & Culture play a vital role in the growth and development of learners within an educational institution. He/she is responsible for planning, developing and delivering a variety of student development activities in NYP. SDE looks after the governance of student organizations as well as the development of our learners holistically via co-curricular activities (CCA), including advising its leaders and mentoring learners throughout the year.[What you will be working on]Design, implement and organise arts-related activities/programmes/events for the NYP student population. He/she will be required to guide student leaders to ensure that learning outcomes are identified and met. He/she will also need to provide proper guidance when executing an event. Supervise and mentor student leaders in Arts CCAs. This includes working with instructors and student leaders, reviewing training plans to ensure that students are receiving proper training to excel in their CCAs. Liaising with industry partners and external stakeholders to explore potential collaboration to expose the Arts CCAs to larger platforms and gain field experience. Perform general administrative duties and related procurement functions for the department.[What are we looking for]Working with students: Positive, nurturing and enjoy working with students.
