
Project Management Officer (PMO) (Permanent)
- Lead internal project evaluations (non-client facing), focusing on risk assessment, planning accuracy, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and regularly update the Managing Director on project developments.
- Offer strategic support and mentorship to project managers and team leads to enhance project delivery.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine PMO policies and procedures to reflect best practices and align with company standards.
- Assist in various cross-functional areas such as internal IT initiatives, training programs, or contract management, depending on skill relevance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expertise in the waterfall methodology.
- PMP certification with a solid grasp of PMBOK guidelines and principles.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing system integration projects, including leadership of teams with up to 10 members.
- Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities that contribute to IT operations and organizational efficiency.
