  • Manage the administration, maintenance, and performance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring alignment with SingHealth security protocols and audit recommendations
  • Manage IT systems integration projects, facilitating seamless data exchange between HRIS and other designated systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Pioneer innovative HR technology solutions that advance our organisational objectives and improve employee experience
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a HR business environment, including 2 years in people management
  • Knowledge of HR systems and HR web-based applications
  • Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous
