- Conduct site suitability and feasibility studies for school development projects • Review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities • Evaluate consultants' design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE's operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs • Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction contracts • Enhance partnership with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services • Collaborate with stakeholders to review project management processes, including developing SOPs, facilitating knowledge transfer, and implementing best practices
