OverviewThe candidate will support the NUHS Business Office Group Shared Services Operations, working directly with public healthcare institutions (PHIs) within the NUHS cluster.Job Descriptions
  • Perform patients' billing and claims related functions under NUHS.
  • Facilitate enquiries from CPFB and insurance companies for billing and/or claims matters.
  • Liaise with Operations colleagues for case verifications, dispute handling and bill amendments.
  • Attend to enquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Attend to enquiries from patients, next of kins via emails/SMS and calls timely.
Job Requirements
  • Possess GCE "A" Level or Higher NITEC
  • Min 1 year of working experience.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work independently and proactively and in a fast paced environment.
  • Meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to converse and write well in English. Ability to converse in more languages is preferred.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
