
Field Service Technician (Contract / Class 3 License)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery and collection of products.
- Upon delivery of products ensure that the products function at the maximum level of safety and effectiveness.
- Make adjustment to products to ensure a match with patient specifications as required.
- Ensure any such adjustments are reported and completed in accordance with protocol.
- Answers queries of customers where appropriate when placing products. Refers more complex queries to the appropriate Sales colleague or Operation Manager.
- Works together with operations and customer service colleagues to ensure that customers are provided with products in accordance with agreed timeframes and product quality levels.
- Delivers and recovers equipment in a timely, safe and hygienic manner, following operational procedures.
- Ensures accurate record keeping of equipment issued to and recovered from customers.
- Participates in the provision of a 24 hour on-call and weekend shift service as required to deliver emergency products.
- Delivers products in accordance with the precise specification.
- Maintain a good level of product knowledge, though actively participating in product training sessions.
- Carry out inspection and repair of products in local.
- Assist processing customer order via Detrack system.
- Assisting to execute all transactions in the “KISS SYSTEM” pertaining to rental and return of equipment.
- Must able to drive with valid class 3 driving license
