As a Manpower Officer in Tanglin Division, you are primarily responsible for supporting Head Manpower, Tanglin Division, in Human Resource matters involving personnel and manpower management for all the officers.What you will be working on:Your portfolios include, but are not limited to: • Onboarding and off-boarding processes • Career development • Re-employment • Retirement • Allowance • Awards • Service injury mattersWhat we are looking for:We are looking for someone who is not only hardworking and keen to learn, but also a people-person who is highly motivated to be part of our manpower team.
