MANAGER, STRATEGY & PROJECTS[What you will be working on]You will be part of the Point-to-Point (P2P) Transport division overseeing the street-hail and ride-hail industry. The P2P sector complements our Public Transport through the provision of a safe and reliable means of point-to-point service and supports our car-lite vision by reducing the need for car ownership.You will manage a team that conducts policy reviews related to the taxi, private hire car and carsharing sector. In addition to conducting regular industry scans of the P2P industries locally and abroad to develop think-pieces and presentations to discuss with management, you will be responsible for generating statistical data, and performing analyses to track the health and performance of the dynamic P2P sector. You will also be involved in sharing best practices and building network with local stakeholders, other Government agencies and regulators. Beyond writing policy and position papers, ground situational awareness and stakeholder management skills will be key in succeeding in this role.[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline, preferably with a discipline in
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in
- Experience with Python, Tableau, Excel data visualisation, geospatial data
- Competent in managing teams to synthesize information, build strong
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to work effectively in an environment that is fluid and fast-
- The critical skills to be an effective advocate and influencer is essential, as
and functions with both internal and external stakeholders, amidst a fast-
paced and fluid environment.
