Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies for projects to align with company goals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal BIM policies and standards within the team.
  • Manage and enhance the company's BIM-VDC-IDD guides to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
  • Support and guide the Tender Team by providing critical information to fulfil tender requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and performance assessments of project teams.
  • Engage with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry technologies and propose innovative solutions to management.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, coaching, and provide operational guidance for internal users on BIM systems.
  • Develop learning materials and ensure that the team is well-equipped with up-to-date knowledge.
  • Lead the implementation of BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, alongside VDC methodologies and BCA IDD use cases.
  • Build, lead, and develop the BIM/VDC/IDD team through strategic hiring and development programs, while managing initiatives to enhance the organization's productivity.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in BIM-VDC-IDD tools and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of industry practices, construction deliverables, and DfMA principles is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex BIM projects, lead a team, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
