  • Ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Candidate should have minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Middleware Administrator.
  • Strong hands-on experience with middleware technologies (e.g., IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, IBM Filenet and AWS Cloud).
  • Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
  • Experience with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Experience with application deployment and support.
