
Project Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Ensure projects stay on track, adjusting timelines and resources to meet project milestones.
Enter new projects into the PSA system and maintain accurate project records.
Oversee the tracking and timely distribution of project-related products, ensuring inventory levels align with project requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Organize agenda items for Project Engineer sync-up meetings, ensuring the proper flow of information and alignment on project tasks.
Assist with Project Engineer time entry, ensuring time entries are accurate and confirming their submission.
Prepare materials for project status meetings and ensure all takeaway items and action items are documented and tracked for follow-up.
Collect and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and progress of projects.
Distribute and collect customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on project performance and client experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
Basic understanding of IT and technology-related projects.
Proficient in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project tracking and reporting
Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and vendors
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Capable of working collaboratively with team members to support project objectives
