Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to their first day.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data, contracts, and compliance documentation are accurate and current.
Assist with the offboarding process, supporting departing employees and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Support visa sponsorship applications and conduct right-to-work checks, working closely with legal partners.
Implement, enhance, and maintain HR workflows, policies, and documentation, ensuring processes are scalable as the company grows.
Track and manage IT assets, ensuring that equipment, software, and security protocols are appropriately assigned and maintained.
Oversee office logistics and procurement, ensuring that employees have the tools and materials needed for effective performance.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure IT support, office management, and other services are provided efficiently and effectively.
Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, team offsites, and other organizational gatherings, managing logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications and Requirements
Familiarity with HR administration, onboarding processes, compliance, and general HR functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external vendors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take ownership of tasks and continuously improve processes.
